You will receive an email containing a QR code for activation. Upon arrival at your destination, you can activate the QR code and start using the eSIM service.

  • Can I buy eSIM before reaching my destination?

    You can purchase an eSIM anytime you like. Please ensure that it is activated online within 30 days after the purchase is successful. (Once the order expires, the plan will be unavailable and non-refundable.) The activation date will serve as the start date of your plan. To prevent unnecessary financial losses, please activate your eSIM only after you arrive at your destination. We suggest you complete the purchase before you arrive. You will receive an email with an activation QR code. You can scan the QR code and start using the eSIM service once you arrive at your destination.

Instead, you can activate your eSIM once you reach your destination by scanning the QR code you received with your purchase, utilizing the free Wi-Fi network available at your local airport.

  • If I purchase eSIM in advance, will it activate automatically upon reaching my destination?

    No, it won't. You'll need to manually scan the QR code in the email after reaching your destination to activate and use the eSIM data plan

  • Can I purchase different eSIMs?

  • I haven't received the activation code.

    Typically, within 5-15 minutes after completing the payment, you should receive an email containing the activation QR code. Therefore, please check your spam folder as well. If you still haven't received the email after 30 minutes, or if you accidentally entered the wrong email address during the purchase, please contact our customer service team.   • Can I use a physical SIM card and an eSIM at the same time?

    It depends on your device. If your device supports dual SIM, then you can use two SIM cards simultaneously; otherwise, you cannot.

  • I accidentally installed the eSIM on the wrong device. Can I transfer it to another device?

    Unfortunately, once an eSIM is installed on a device, it cannot be transferred to another device. However, you can still use the device as a hotspot to connect other devices.

  • How can I check my data usage?

  • Can I use my eSIM outside my destination?

    No, our eSIMs only work with local cellular networks, so you can only connect to the internet within the borders of your destination.

  • I accidentally deleted my eSIM, what should I do?

    If you accidentally remove your eSIM, you can usually reinstall it up to 5 times with most mobile plans. But remember, a few plans may not allow you to reinstall the eSIM after deletion.

  • After purchasing eSIM, I discovered that my device doesn't support eSIM. Can I get a refund?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds because once eSIM is installed, it cannot be retrieved or resold. Therefore, please make sure to confirm whether your device supports eSIM before making a purchase.
